Aggregates for Concrete in Nigeria

Nigeria is rich is solid mineral resources, such as: Kaolin, gypsum, mica, clay, tantalite, iron ore, gemstone, silica sand, barite, zinc, quartz, feldspar, coal, tungsten, copper, talc, etc. GXM has very mature markets in Nigeria and set oversea office there already.

Customer's Background:

One customer from Nigeria, who would like to produce granite-aggregates for his clients that work in road construction, concrete and asphalt industry,. But now, he just has one two-stage crushing plants that consisted of one 24×36"jaw crusher and two 12×51" finer jaw crusher. It is difficult to meet the popular aggregate size of 0~3/16" (stone dust), 3/16~1/2", 1/2~3/4" and 3/4~1" in local market. Also, the capacity of existing plant is only 60~70 tons per hour, it was far from the customer’s requirements.
